Welcome, By downloading, accessing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this app for personal and lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or security
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or misuse the app in any way

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the app.

By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Content

If the app allows you to upload, generate, or modify content (such as images, videos, or AI-generated media):

  • You retain full ownership of your content
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver app features and services
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to upload or use the content
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights

We do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Any content generated through AI features within the app is provided for informational and creative purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
  • You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or act on any AI-generated output

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features require a subscription or in-app purchase.

  • All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy

6. Ads & Third-Party Services

The app may display advertisements or integrate third-party services for analytics, functionality, or other purposes.

  • We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or external links
  • Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies
  • We encourage you to review those policies before engaging with third-party content

7. Intellectual Property

All app content — including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Excluding your own user content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or exploit any part of the app without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

We make no warranties regarding:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from misuse of AI-generated or user-generated content

Our total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the app
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any content you upload, generate, or share through the app

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your city.
