Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Wick AI and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Q: I was charged but didn't get premium access. What do I do? First, try restoring your purchase inside the app (Settings → Restore Purchases). If the issue persists, contact us at support.hamna@gmail.com with your Apple ID and we'll resolve it promptly.

Q: How do I restore my purchases on a new device? Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases."

Q: The app is crashing or not working properly. What should I do? Try the following steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Restart your Mac
  3. Update the app to the latest version from the App Store
  4. Reinstall the app if the issue persists

If none of these work, email us with your Mac model and macOS version.

Q: How do I request a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

Q: Is my data private? We don't require an account, and your conversations, meal plans, study decks, and email drafts are stored locally on your Mac. To generate AI responses, the content of your messages is sent securely to our backend and OpenAI's API — see our Privacy Policy for full details on exactly what's transmitted and why.

Q: What AI features are included in the subscription? Wick AI Pro gives you unlimited access across all five assistants: General Chat, Medical Assistant, Study Buddy, Email Composer, and Diet Planner. The free tier includes a limited number of AI queries to try the app before subscribing.
