Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → QR Studio and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Q: I was charged but didn't get premium access. What do I do? First, try restoring your purchase inside the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support.hamna@gmail.com with your Apple ID and we'll resolve it promptly.

Q: How do I restore my purchases on a new device? Open the app, go to Settings or the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases."

Q: The app is crashing or not working properly. What should I do? Try the following steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Update the app to the latest version from the App Store
  4. Reinstall the app if the issue persists
